【Abstrac】 In the context of resisting Japan and saving nation in 1920s-1930s,Lobsang Pelden Tenpe Drnme,the 7th Lcang-Skya Ho-Thog-Thu that is one of the four great living Buddha systems,accepted a mission of publicization and conversion in Inner Mongolia as a special envoy in order to prevent the movement of high degree autonomy planed by De Wang.The propaganda and conversion publicized the National Government of China’s policy on inner Mongolia and took a positive effect on heightening the national identity sense of the Mongolian people, resisting aggression from imperialism Japan and supporting national unification.
