1972年湖南省长沙市马王堆三号墓出土。西汉时期，现藏湖南省博物馆。高48厘米。帛书《周易》，又称帛书《六十四卦》，抄在整幅帛上。朱栏墨书，字体为比较规范的八分隶书，抄写年代约在汉文帝初年。这是现存最早的《周易》抄本之一，卦体、卦序和文字与通行本多有不同，是研究《周易》的重要资料。
