定陶大型汉墓位于山东省定陶县马集镇大李家村西北约2000米。原属于灵圣湖遗址的一部分，早年曾采集有商周至汉代的陶片。在该遗址上，在上世纪50年代地面仍保留有三个大土堆，当地人称之为“堌堆”，应皆为墓葬封土，后被取土平毁。1999年，菏泽市文物处和县文管所曾联合清理其中一座，为一被盗掘的大型券顶石室墓。此次清理的墓葬属于其中封土最大的一座。
