内容摘要： 全球化不仅带来一体化，还带来了民族之间的分化，带来少数民族公民的政治、文化、生活、思维方式的嬗变，进而导致了民族国家权力的重置或者重构，甚至一些地方还产生了自治的要求。

Abstract: The globalization not only leads to integration but also the differentiation among the ethnic groups. It also makes the civil politics, culture,living and the models of thinking vary a lot. Furthermore, it leads to the recon- struction of the nation or state＇ s power and even the demand of autonomy in some regions.
