内容摘要： 本文在对目前涉及藏族法律与司法研究之状况进行分析后，对清王朝处理涉及藏族法制史的研究进行展望，提出法律适用、基本政治理念、政治与社会效果、不同区域发生民族冲突的纠纷处理原则，以及处理程序等问题的研究重点。
 

Abstract: This paper discusses the history of the Tibetan legal system in the Qing dynasty based on analyzing the present research situation of Tibetan law and lawsuit, and puts forward the research emphasis of the application of law, basic political idea, the effect of politic and society, the principles of dealing with the ethnic conflict and the problem of the processing program, etc.
